Michel Beauregard is the partner in charge of the accounting and tax department. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field and manages a business clientele, particularly in the agri-food, construction, retail, service and real estate sectors.
Before founding MBDP, Michel worked for several years as a partner in an accounting firm on the South Shore of Montreal and as an employee at RCGT. He also held the position of finance director for a few years in a private school. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs owning companies in the automotive field, he joined the team of administrators in recent years. His experience in business and in law firms is an undeniable asset in advising his clients.
Michel completed his bachelor's degree in business administration (BAA) at HEC Montréal and holds the CPA auditor designation.

David Péloquin is the partner in charge of the financial management and interim management advisory services department. He has more than 15 years in the field.
Before founding MBDP, David was the buyer and owner of a private company with 20 employees in Montreal in the manufacturing and construction sector. David also worked for several years at Deloitte Montreal as senior manager in corporate restructuring, where he worked on various corporate review, restructuring, reorganization and creditor proposal mandates. His experience as an entrepreneur manager and restructuring consultant allows him to offer his clients realistic practical solutions.
David completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and his Specialized Graduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy (DESS) at HEC Montreal and holds the designations of CPA, CFA (Chartered Financial Analysis), CIRP (Chartered Professional of the Insolvency and Reorganization) and LIT (Licensed Insolvency Trustee).
